Eurosport expert Arsene Wenger issued a stern warning to Juventus as he gave his thoughts on the latest round of Europa League matches.

Juventus face a trip to Poland to take on Lech Poznan, and the Gunners boss believes it will be a difficult match for the Italians.

"It's not going to be easy for Juventus because Lech Poznan defeated Manchester City there," said Wenger.

"Arsenal played at Legia Warsaw before the beginning of the season. ...

After Barcelona destroyed Real Madrid last night, Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho agreed that they are not really five goals better than their great rivals.

Mourinho said: "The result today does not reflect the difference between the two teams," while Guardiola parroted: "This match isn't representative of the difference between the two teams. ...

This year Real Madrid are closer in ability to Barcelona, but Barca have a slight superiority in their collective way of playing which can make the difference. Real need more time to end their rivals' run of success.

And the match tonight is in Barcelona, which will be important.

However the matches are like a knockout tie between the teams: Barca v Real and Real v Barca will define the

For me, Tottenham's success is not a surprise.

They are a very good team with tremendous offensive potential: Gareth Bale, Luka Modric, Rafael van der Vaart, Peter Crouch, Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon.

The team's style perfectly matches the Champions League, and it would be not be a surprise if Tottenham qualify from their group.

However, Werder Bremen are an opponent who must be respected, who can win away from home and who must win. ...

International football is tailor-made for overreactions. You only play 10 games every year, so each match takes on a far greater significance.

Lose in the Premier League? Never mind, you have a chance to put it right next weekend or sooner.

Not in the international game. England will be festering over their dismantling by France until the end of March, when they face Wales in Cardiff. ...

England face my country France at Wembley in an international friendly on Wednesday night.

This is a prestigious football game between two great football countries, both of which possess magnificent players.

The last time England played France at Wembley it was 1999, and the visiting world champions boasted the following starting XI:

Barthez, Thuram, Blanc, Desailly, Lizarazu, Pires, Zidane, Deschamps, Petit, Djorkaeff, Anelka.

On Wednesday night those legendary names will be succeeded by the likes of Rami, M'Vila and Valbuena. They will be selected by one of the legends, Laurent Blanc.

In one sense, Blanc's

Ray Wilkins's removal as Chelsea's assistant manager is an odd one, alright.

Last night, he sat next to Carlo Ancelotti during the 1-0 win against Fulham, and today he watched a reserve team match at the Blues' Cobham training ground.

At half-time, he was reportedly called away and given his marching orders.

Hardly the most dignified exit for a man who brought a welcome touch of grace and humility to Chelsea. ...

Cristiano Ronaldo has already scored 15 goals this season - he is a fantastic scoring machine.

He is a good header, a remarkable free-kick taker and an excellent long distance shooter.

He can score a goal from anywhere.

He is not considered as an out and out striker but last season he scored 44 goals for Real Madrid and he did the same thing when he was playing in the Barclays Premier League. ...

In his latest exclusive interview with Eurosport, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he wants his side to break a Champions League scoring record and also looks ahead to the clash between Milan and Real Madrid.

Do you plan to push to top your group with your strongest team or do you plan to rotate your squad?

I'm going to try and win the group with a team strong enough to do so. We will do the maths later on what we think we will be able to do. ...
